Warranty Information

A Warranty that looks to safeguard you
This Warranty includes Under normal wear conditions, the product Warranties offered upon purchase covers the following manufacturing defects.

 

Zen Recliners

Comprehensive 2-year Warranty; Covers all electrical and mechanical defects. Upholstery and foam are covered in the Warranty.

Cushion:

  • Coils or wires that are loose or broken.
  • Coils or wires protrude or tear through any fabric.

Base 2 warranty:

  • Splitting occurring in the wood/Metal frame.
  • Loose or broken electrical wires.

 

Installation Instructions:

  • Tilt the base over, then carefully screw in wheels and rotate it in a clockwise direction. Continue with the second one.
  • Set with a spanner or by hand until legs are securely fastened.
  • IMPORTANT: To guarantee that Recliner is assembled as intended, it is the buyer's obligation to slide the back evenly in the holders attached the base and help lock the Back as intended.
  • If a task is not done as advised, the warranty or guarantee is nullified.
  • Attach the supplied electrical wires to the base, then join the Base and Back using the reference-marked wires.
  • WARNING: Do not place weight by kneeling, standing, jumping on the base or Back surface.
  • Your product is ready for use.

 

Dream Series

Comprehensive 1 to 5-year Warranties on the Dream Series range of Products; Covers all electrical and mechanical defects. Upholstery and foam are covered in the Warranty.

 

Dream Mattresses: 5 Year Warranty

Mattress Topper: 1 Year Warranty

Pillows: 1 Year Warranty

Mattress Protector: 1 Year Warranty

Installation and Care Instructions:

  • Open and place on a flat surface for mattress, Topper and Pillows to expand.
  • let the Memory Foam rest and develop its original form and shape for 3 hours upon opening to avoid premature sagging in the memory foam.
  • Switch the Head and leg position every 6 months for limiting Body Impression in mattress and Topper.
  • Washable covers; wash with mild detergents with cold water, and Air dry for sustained use.

 

Adjustable Base: 5 Year Warranty

Installation Instructions:

  • Tilt the base over, then carefully screw legs and in a clockwise direction. Set by hand until legs are securely fastened.
  • Kindly secure the wire before setting up the base.
  • If a task is not done as advised, the warranty or guarantee is nullified.
  • Attach the supplied Okin adapter to the base motor, then use the paired remote to operate.
  • WARNING: Do not place weight by jumping on the base.
  • Your product is ready for use.

 

Sleep Series

3 to-10-year Warranties on the Sleep Series range of Products proudly Made in NZ. All NZ Pine Wooden frame along with Upholstery and foam are covered in the Warranty.

Mattresses: 10 Year Warranty

Fabric: 3 Year Warranty

Bed Frame and Headboard: 3 Year Warranty

 

Mattress and Fabric Care Instructions:

  • Switch the Head and leg position every 6 months for limiting Body Impression in mattress and Topper.
  • Recommend using Mattress protectors for enhanced longevity and maintenance.
  • Direct sunlight contact can result in fading fabric.

 

Slat; Boxed & Bed Base: 3 Year Warranty

Installation Instructions:

  • Tilt the base over, then carefully screw legs and in a clockwise direction. Set by hand until all legs are securely fastened.
  • WARNING: Do not place weight by Standing, kneeling or jumping on the base slats.
  • If a task is not done as advised, the warranty or guarantee is nullified.
  • Your product is ready for use.

 

Headboard:

Installation Instructions:

  • Once the Base is installed; Rest the Headboard to the head of the Base then carefully screw the Headboard to the Base and in a clockwise direction. Set by hand until all screws are securely fastened.
  • Make sure the Headboard is resting well on ground, tighten alternate screws for firm grip.
  • If a task is not done as advised, the warranty or guarantee is nullified.
  • Your product is ready for use.

 

According to New Zealand Consumer Law, if there is a significant malfunction, you are entitled to a replacement or refund and payment for any further loss or damage that was reasonably foreseeable. If the merchandise is not up to par and does not constitute a major failure, you also have the right to have it repaired or replaced.

 

Limitations Applicable to all Warranties

All warranties only apply to the initial buyer. Transferring a warranty does not occur. All claims require proof of purchase.
All warranties are restricted to material and manufacturing problems under typical household use. There are further restrictions as stated below.
The only uses for warranties are replacement, repair, or substitution at Concept Living's exclusive discretion. There are no returns accepted.

After the specified warranty term, the customer bears the cost of the technician's visit.
Fees for service part handling, in-home inspections, and product transportation to and from the seller are the responsibility of the customer.
Evidence of excessive soiling, inappropriate cleaning or treatment, abuse, unusual use, or use in violation of the recommendations or guidelines provided herein will void the warranty. Product used for commercial purposes is not covered by warranties.

 

For warranty validation, the customer might need to provide a legitimate Proof of Purchase. Please bring your invoice and/or goods to your local store when you need a repair or give them a call. We also accept emails sent to hello@conceptliving.co.nz. Kindly send an email with your invoice, name, and product details.
